EISA, a shipping agency company with presence in 6 countries, offers shipping services since 1990 in the main Black Sea Ports, Russian Baltic Sea Ports, Greece and Western Mediterranean. The company’s competitive advantage stems from its long standing and active presence in these regions whilst such experience has been gained from the Eastern Europe political transition.
The company’s roots come from Constantza, Romania where in the early ‘20s started its operation. In 1950, a milestone year, following a steady development, the company moved the center of its activities to Piraeus-Greece, the homeport of the growing Greek shipping industry at that time. In 1990, the expansion of agency services is a reality. The company returned back to its roots to offer its services not only in Piraeus port but in Constantza as well. This decision became a major milestone since Management has spearheaded the creation of a dynamic network aiming to serve, apart from Greece and Romania, the growing markets of the area including Bulgaria, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine.
