Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V. is an international project company established in Amsterdam on February 6, 2008 in implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Hellenic Republic Relating to the Cooperation in the Construction and the Operation of the "Burgas-Alexandroupolis" Oil Pipeline.
Our mission is to create a new reliable and environmentally safe oil supply route for Europe, which will both help relieve the congested Bosporus and Dardanelles straits and increase European energy security.
